The 2016 Heart of Minnesota Volunteer of the Year Award is Handed Out
The Award Recognizes the Importance of Volunteering
Today the 2016 Heart of Minnesota Volunteer of the Year Award was given out at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth.
This year’s recipient, Linda Tezak, has spent more than 18 years volunteering at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Tezak has dedicated over 17,000 hours of caring and advocating in her community, including serving on St. Luke’s Service Guild Board for more than 10 years.
The award recognizes the importance of outstanding leadership to the success of a volunteer program.
