Company Gives Northlanders Opportunity to Recycle Electronic Waste

Twin Ports Recycling Rendezvous

DULUTH, Minn. – Friday and Saturday some Minnesotans will be working together to reduce e–waste dumping.

Dave Potter, the Managing Partner of Global E–Waste, visited FOX 21 this morning to chat about the initiative.

The Twin Ports Recycling Rendezvous is being held Friday, October 27 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday, October 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Local businesses and the general community are invited to bring their electronics in an effort to have them safely recycled.

The event will accept cell phones, TVs, computers, printers, monitors, VCR, fans, holiday lights clock radios and more.

The majority of the items can be dropped off for free, with the exception of some TVs & monitors (CRT).

This is taking place in the Bayfront Festival Parking Lot in Duluth.
