It can also help you wake up gently.

The Phillips Hue light bulb can imitate sunrise.

The Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock App is affiliated with the light bulb and can track your sleep to wake you up when you’re in your light sleep cycle.

The iPhone 8 can also help with your sleep.

Inside the clock app within your iPhone, you can set a bedtime. This will give you reminders of when you should  be getting ready for bed and when you should be sleeping.
