DULUTH, Minn. – Many Northlanders have made a New Year’s Resolution to get fit in 2018.
The FOX 21 morning crew joined Director of Healthy Living Alisha Bradley for a personal training session.
Bradley says it’s important to start small and ease yourself into a workout routine if it’s been away since you hit the gym.
She took FOX 21’s William Seay through a workout of lat pulls, squats and bench press.
