In a FOX 21 exclusive Monday, Duluth Police Chief Gordon Ramsay released the city's official crime statistics for 2011. While some may feel violent crime is on the rise in Duluth, especially after Friday's downtown killing, Ramsay told FOX 21's Dan Hanger it is actually down. But he also pointed out it doesn't mean there aren't major community problems his department is tackling head on.
