HAYWARD - A 71 year old Couderay man got his sentence Monday for possessing 2,500 to 10,000 grams of marijuana. Raymond Hart Senior pleaded guilty to one count of possessing marijuana with the intent to deliver in August.

He'll have to serve four years of probation and maintain absolute sobriety.
