VIRGINIA - A St. Louis County judge handed down felony theft and fraud charges to a Virginia man after he allegedly broke into two vehicles.
Virginia Police say 47-year-old John Pape stole cell phones, cash, credit cards, checkbooks and a loaded revolver.
Officers say Pape used the credit cards at area retail stores.
Most of the items were found inside a Virginia home, including three stolen firearms.
Charges are pending for other possible thefts and burglaries that may linked to Pape.
