DULUTH - A Bayfield man was sentenced for four charges stemming from a hit and run for hitting a Duluth woman in his car and leaving the scene. Twenty-nine year old Robert Buehlman was sentenced to more than three years in prison, which he won't have to serve if he successfully completes 10 years of probation and serves one year in the St. Louis County Jail or Northeast Regional Corrections Center.
Police say he drove on the shoulder around vehicles stopped at a red light and hit a 33–year–old woman who was walking at an intersection with her 9–year–old daughter in August.
