DULUTH-About 150 bowlers and around one hundred more supporters crowded Skyline Lanes on Saturday for the 6th annual "Bowling to Beat Breast Cancer".
Last year the event raised about $14,000 for support programs at the Essentia Health Breast Health Center and St. Luke's.
"Being here in itself and just watching and supporting a family member or whoever they have as a friend it's just the fact that they're here to enjoy this event," supporter Moe Miller said.
The event continues on Sunday and just as large of a crowd is expected.
