CSS Athletes Earn UMAC Weekly Honors

ST. PAUL - Two athletes from the College of St. Scholastica have been named Player of the Week in their respective sports by the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference.
Kyle Moody is the UMAC Baseball Player of the Week after hitting .556 (5-for-9) with nine RBI in a weekend sweep of Crown College. Four of Moody's five hits in the series were for extra bases (3 doubles, triple) and with hits in all three games, he extended his hitting streak to 17 games.
Alec Seeley won Women's Track and Field Athlete of the Week honors after an impressive outing at the Saint Mary's Open. Seeley won the Hammer Throw event with a CSS program record toss of 172'3". Seeley's throw is the eighth longest nationally in Division III this season.
