DULUTH - The old railroad depot in Canal Park now has new owners and a new vision.
Rod Raymond and Tim Nelson of Just Take Action are behind the purchase of the historic Endion Station.

The businessman own establishments like Tycoons, Red Star, Burrito Union, and Brew House.
Raymond says he envisions the space to transform throughout the day -- from sunrise yoga sessions to, coffee, lattes smoothies, authentic lunch options, an evening selection of craft ales and entertainment.
The city council will still needs to sign off on the deal between the City of Duluth and Just Take Action.
