DULUTH - The city council voted to table a resolution Monday that would confirm and approve the members of the Citizen Review Board.

If approved, it would serve as an advisory board for fostering communication, trust and relationships between citizens and the police department.

The council voted 7-2 to table the resolution in a request to meet and talk to the mayor-appointed members.

A date for the next vote on the review board has not yet been set.
