DULUTH - Two groups out of Duluth recruited nearly 2,000 people to help break a world record on Saturday.
The Rotary of Duluth Club 25 and Proctor High School teamed up to make the most snow angels, ever.
They also raised money for Global Team for Local Initiatives, an organization that supports Indigenous people in Ethiopia who are affected by climate change.
They hoped to raise more than $28,000.
Unfortunately, they did not quite make the world record.
It remains set at 9,000 snow angels.
