Duluth Man Pleads Guilty to Charge for Crashing Into a Power Pole

DULUTH - A Duluth has pleaded guilty to a charge stemming from a crash into a power pole near Lester River last fall. Fifty-Seven year old Richard Pohjola entered the plea to a second degree test refusal.
Another charge of driving after cancellation of his license was dismissed.
St. Louis County Deputies also report that he failed field sobriety tests and refused a breathalyzer.
He'll be sentenced in March.
