DULUTH - A judge handed down a four year sentence to a Duluth man after he robbed and assaulted a cab driver.
18-year-old Paul Rowe pleaded guilty to first degree aggravated robbery.
A 17-year-old boy also faced charges for the crime.
Police say one of the suspects choked the cab driver while the other showed a handgun and demanded money.
The driver ran off and was shot at but only suffered minor injuries to his neck.
