A new "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week" was issued Thursday in Duluth.

Police say he's 23-year-old Nicholas Yagoda.
He's described 6'2", 180 lbs., blue eyes and brown hair.
Police say he's got a felony warrant out for his arrest stemming from a 2nd-degree burglary.
