FOCUS ON HEALTH - The Federal Government is working on changes to what kind of snacks can be sold to students at school.
The USDA says it expects a proposal by April.
After that there will be a sixty day public comment period before the final rules are issued.
Right now vending machines are in 13 percent of all elementary schools, but they are far more common in middle school, and high schools.
