HERMANTOWN - A quick–moving fire destroyed a Hermantown business on Miller Trunk highway Friday afternoon.

Line–it Midwest Inc., a business working with spray-on coatings, is considered a complete loss by Hermantown firefighters.

Dispatchers got calls about smoke and flames a little after 5 p.m., Hermantown firefighter Jeff Ernewein said.

"We responded to the scene. We found the building was fully involved by the time we got there. About 15 minutes after arrival we had the fire under control," Ernewein said.

Canosia and Air National Guard Fire Departments also responded.

There were no injuries and the cause is still under investigation, Ernewein said.
