DULUTH - Bentleyville Tour of Lights could come to an end at Bayfront Festival Park after this season wraps up.

The event's organizer, Nathan Bentley, told FOX 21 that he was not sure if he would renew another contract with the city to set up the popular attraction next year.

His concerns came after a federal judge ruled that preachers were allowed to distribute material inside the event.

Bentley said he did not agree with the decision because he now rents the space from the city.

A final decision on the event's future should is expected later this winter.
