DULUTH - Governor Mark Dayton said he was prepared to sign off on a request for a disaster declaration from President Obama Friday.
Governor Dayton said the request will have a $108 million price tag for damages to public infrastructure in the 13 counties affected by the flood.
The governor also said he had “no doubt” that the request would be approved; estimating that it would take about two weeks, but could be sooner.
