HIBBING - Police are looking for another wanted person of the week.

He is Scott Welsh, 41.

Police want him on a warrant for harassment and stalking in Dakota Co.

They think he might be in the Hibbing area, with relatives living in the 2700 block of 7th Ave. E.

He's described as being 5'10", 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Call police if you know where he might be.
