HAYWARD - One of the suspects in a stabbing death on the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation last year has pleaded guilty. Nineteen year old Caleb Miller pleaded guilty to first degree reckless homicide and aggravated battery.
The charges are in connection to 23 year old John McDaniel's death and his brother's stabbing at an underage drinking party.
Miller will be sentenced in March.
A second suspect, Marvin Corbine, is set to stand trial in February.
