DULUTH - Duluth city councilors and Mayor Don Ness have returned from a trip to Sweden this week.

They were celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Sister City Program in Vaxjo, Sweden.

Councilors Emily Larson, Gary Krause, Dan Hartman, Patrick Boyle and Jennifer Julsrud met with city officials and toured the countryside.

No city money was used to fund the trip.
