TWO HARBORS - A facility that provides mental health services is facing funding problems.

The Harbor Center received a letter from Public Health and Human Services last month that funding for the facility would be terminated.

However, people at the Human Development Center, who run the facility, said they were committed to keeping it open.

They are starting to look at other options through the county and a possible fundraiser to make it possible.
