FOND DU LAC RESERVATION -The case of a three-year-old boy left on a freezing school bus is now in the hands of the Carlton Co. Attorney's office.

The Fond du Lac Police Department says it's asking for child neglect and child endangerment charges to be filed.

Ty Stiffarm was left on a Head Start bus for three hours and was found screaming and pounding on the windows by someone walking by.

Tribal officials say the bus driver and aide are both on administrative leave.
