DULUTH-Rep. Kerry Gauthier says he will withdraw from the House District 7B race.

At approximately 4:30 p.m. Gauthier called FOX 21 NEWS and said, "I have reconsidered and I am withdrawing from the race. That's my statement."

Gauthier had previously told Duluth media he would stay in the race despite his involvement in a sex scandal involving a 17-year-old boy at the Thompson Hill Rest Area.
