SIREN - Officials now know what caused a fire to break out at Siren School Tuesday.

They tell FOX 21 it was electrical and started in a closet in the gym.

Classes are cancelled for students Wednesday and Thursday, but police said school staff will have a picnic for everyone on Friday to round out the school year.

Evacuations happened around 11 a.m. Tuesday.

No one was injured.
