DULUTH - St. Louis County employees were recognized Tuesday for their hard work when the Northland flash flood hit.

The group was honored at a special ceremony before the County Board meeting started.

Members of eight different departments were recognized for their service.

Wednesday 100 more people will be congratulated by the County for their efforts at the Public Safety Building.
