VIRGINIA - An Iron Range man is charged for allegedly stabbing someone at a party.

Nathaniel Agbator, 23, was charged with first and second degree assault.

Court documents say police arrived to the party at the 400 block of 15th St. N to a knife hanging from Joshua Rowe's chest.

They later found Agbator walking away from the party with his hands and shirt covered in blood.

Rowe was rushed to the hospital for surgery on a punctured lung.
