SUPERIOR - You may not have known it, but Friday was Arbor Day!In Superior, the city's Parks and Recreation and Public Works Departments planted a special tree at Veterans Memorial Park.

Kids from the Boys and Girls Club of Superior joined in the planting, scooping dirt and woodchips.

Planters said it is great to see so many young kids interested in beautifying the city.
