SUPERIOR - A 61-year-old Superior man died after a hit and run accident on Friday night.

The Superior Police Department says the accident occurred at the intersection of Broadway Street and Hughitt Avenue at around 9:30 p.m.

Witnesses describe the vehicle as a dark colored four door sedan.

The driver of the suspect vehicle did not stop at the scene and the suspect's vehicle is likely to have damage to the grill, hood, and possibly the windshield area.
