SUPERIOR - Superior Police are warning residents about a sex offender who's moving to one of their neighborhoods. Police say 37 year old Phillip Bacon is being released from the Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution next Tuesday.

He's moving to 1620 N. 16th Street and was convicted of second degree sexual assault.

Authorities say they don't have a community notification meeting planned.
