DULUTH - One of the suspects involved in a gravel pit party fight in Proctor last summer got his sentence Wednesday.Nineteen year old Tyler Schubert will have to serve two years of probation avoid drugs and alcohol and attend a mothers against drunk driving impact panel.

At the time of the crime some involved initially reported the fight was over a hate crime, but court documents show it allegedly started over alcohol.
