Three People Injured in Crash Involving Alcohol and Excessive Speed

HUNTER - Three people were severely injured in a crash involving alcohol and excessive speed in Sawyer County.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, the accident happened around 10 p.m. on Saturday when Steven Sutton, 48, from Hayward lost control of the vehicle and rolled into a ditch off County Highway CC east of the town of Hunter.
No one was wearing a seatbelt. Sutton, Andrew Crowe, 22, and Christa Debrot, 39, all suffer from life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
