INTERNATIONAL FALLS - A trial is now set for a man accused of killing his wife with a totem pole in Koochiching County.
Fifty year old Carl Muggli will stand trial on January 14th for first–degree murder.
He claims his 61–year–old wife Linda was crushed after a totem pole the couple was carving fell on her.
However, he was arrested in Texas where he's alleged to have been carrying on a relationship with another woman since before his wife's death.
