DULUTH - The federal trial involving Last Place On Earth employees has been pushed back to September 16th. The trial was originally set to begin in March of this year, but the attorney for Last Place owner Jim Carlson says there was too much evidence to go through in that time.
Carlson and three others are facing more than 50 criminal charges for allegedly selling illegal products at the head shop.
