UWS Excited About New, Green Restaurant

SUPERIOR - A new cafe at UWS is now open for business and students are staff are particularly proud of it.
The grand opening of the Jacket Java marked the university's first two–star green restaurant.
People at the Yellow Jacket Union, where the eatery is located, were excited to be a part of the eco–friendly trend.
"This type of thing for our university is huge, "Yellow Jacket Union Director Gail Archambault said. "There are only four other green certified restaurants in the state of Wisconsin."
University employees say the next step in the green mission is getting the entire Yellow Jacket Union LEED certified.
