DULUTH – A Central Hillside youth program celebrated two decades of service, Thursday.

Neighborhood Youth Services let visitors check out their new computer lab, challenge themselves with math, and get in on a talent show.

The group's leaders say they couldn't be happier.

"When you look back and think 20 years, how many kids and families we've actually served and touched in this community. It's thousands and this is a great milestone," said Kelly Looby, program coordinator for NYS.

The program offers recreational, cultural, and educational activities to keep kids off the streets.
