Future of Duluth's Carter Hotel Remains Uncertain

DULUTH - The future of the Carter Hotel remains uncertain.

The Fond du Lac Band, which owns the casino next door, took over the property more than two years ago.

A recent tour inside the historic property is leaving people questioning if it should be prserved or torn down.
