DULUTH - A 29-year-old man and 33-year-old women found themselves in Lake Superior instead of on land after skydiving with a group from Superior Sky Dive on Saturday afternoon.
The two weren't injured.
According to authorities they were suppose to land near the harbor side of Park Point, but instead landed a little less than a mle off the shore in the lake.
One skudiver was brought to shore by someone on the lake with a floatation device. The other was rescued by a float plane that was able to motor out and pick the skydiver up.
The Duluth Fire Department, Coast Gaurd, and St. Louis Rescue Squad assisted in the rescues.
