DULUTH- Families looking to learn more about natural births, doulas and schooling, found that and more at the birth and baby fair at the Coppertop Church.
The fair was geared toward thinking outside of the box and really learning about the many different options and practices available to moms.
Coordinator, Stacy Holden said, "well you actually encapsulate your placenta and you take it as a supplement afterwards. It increases your milk supply. It helps regulate your hormones. It wards off post–partum depression, all sorts of things. It's amazing."
They also wanted to help moms be able to learn how to enjoy their pregnancy and enjoy their baby more.
The next fair will be in the fall.
