SUPERIOR - A new group is letting the community know they won't stand for violence in their backyards.
The Citizen Watch Group hit the streets Wednesday night in their blue vests to make their presence known.
They're working to protect their neighbors and encourage people to say something if they see something.
Some members say the city's crime has gotten worse.
"It's not the town that I grew up in, it's not even the town my children grew up in, but hopefully with everybody and the Citizen Watch Group and people starting to take an interest in looking out for everybody, that maybe it'll help a little," said Laurie Tousignant, a group member.
If you'd like to join the group, contact the Superior Police Department.
