PINE RIVER, MN - More details have been released about an investigation that led to the removal of 133 dogs in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office issued a search warrant on Tuesday and seized 133 dogs, including 29 puppies from a breeder.
They were found living in unsanitary conditions, muddy kennels and dirty water.
Officials also say the housing areas were filled with mud, water and feces.
Formal charges in the case are pending.
