DULUTH - A Minnesota organization that specializes in assisting low–income Northlanders is restructuring.
The Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) moved out of its west Duluth office last month.
The director of housing services said the move and a few layoffs were because of decreased federal funding.
The agency is working on setting up an office in the Central Hillside area.
For now, anyone in the Duluth area who needs assistance from AEOA is asked to called their Virginia office.
However, phone lines should be back up at the new Duluth location within the next few days.
