DULUTH - Police have made a second arrest in connection with a recent stabbing death in Duluth's Lincoln Park neighborhood. Shortly before 11 am Friday morning Duluth Police violent crimes unit investigators found a 33 year old Duluth man on the 400 block of East 4th Street.
He is boyfriend to the mother of the 17 year old Enrique Giner who is charged with 2nd degree murder in this case.
He was taken into custody in regards to information investigators received about his allegedly aiding the suspect after the homicide.
Investigators do not believe the man was at the victim's home when the homicide occurred.
However police say he later obstructed investigators by not providing information and also provided misleading information.
They say he aided the suspect in selling property stolen from the victim's residence and received proceeds from the victim's stolen property that was sold.
He's now being held in the Saint Louis county jail pending a formal charge of aiding an offender by obstructing investigation of 2nd degree murder early next week.
