DULUTH - Last Place on Earth stopped selling synthetic drugs out of its store Friday afternoon.
The move comes on the same day the U.S. Government filed a motion to revoke Last Place owner Jim Carlson's pretrial release conditions.
Carlson was released from jail while a federal case against him continued, but one of the conditions was that he could not violate any federal, state or local laws while on release.
On Thursday, Carlson said he would continue to sell the products, although he had not applied for a new license from the city.
The store was cited for violating that ordinance too.
