DULUTH - Homegrown music fans are gettin' their dose of sound this weekend, including some high school students.
These talented students performed their own original music Wednesday night at the Sacred Heart Music Center in Duluth as part of Homegrown.
The Music Resource Center is a free after-school program for 6th through 12th graders in the Duluth area, providing all type of music industry related platforms.
"Music lessons, instruments, a space to rehearse -- it's not something that everybody has at home. So, it's access to something a lot of kids are interested in," said Darin Bergsven, an organizer for the Music Resource Center.
