DULUTH - It was a flight to see in the skies of Duluth Monday. The world's only flying B29 sSuper fortress was up at the Duluth Airport along with other historic military planes.
It's part of the Commemorative Air Force Air Power History Tour.
"A lot of our original systems in the plane are using the original parts from the 40s. It's amazing how complex and well-built some of these systems were and they are still working today with the original wiring," said Nate Timm, a volunteer with CAF.
If you'd like to check out the tour, it'll be at the hangar near Airport Road in Hermantown until Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The cost is $10.
