DULUTH- Lincoln Park middle school is celebrating spring's arrival with a pow wow.
They had to postpone it last month because of weather.
But tonight everyone was all smiles, and anxious to dance, eat and hang out together.
American Indian education coordinator, Edye Howes said, "I guess I'd like people to know that, kind of give them an idea of what a pow wow is and kind of break down some of the maybe stereotypes that people may have about American Indian people. And just kind of welcome them intro our pow wow circle."
The whole community was invited to join in the feast dancing to traditional native songs.
