MINNEAPOLIS - The attorney representing Last Place on Earth owner Jim Carlson tells FOX 21 that Carlson is still a “free man” after a federal hearing on Monday.
On Friday, the U.S. Government filed a motion to revoke Carlson's pretrial release conditions after he sold synthetics at his store without a city license.
That motion could have kept Carlson in jail until the federal trial against him was complete.
Carlson's attorney Randall Tigue said the federal judge decided Carlson selling synthetic drugs was not a large enough offense to revoke his bail.
